Policy Changes

I have been putting off the following changes for a while, but it’s been over four years since I’ve changed my rates or adjusted my policies, and it’s just time. Thank you for your support.

As of October 1st, I have adjusted booking and cancellation windows for phone readings to help manage my daily schedule and preparation time. Thank you for understanding and supporting my work.

4-Hour Advance Booking: Appointments must now be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance (increased from 2 hours). Same-day appointments are still welcome within this window. If you need to schedule a phone session outside of normal business hours, or within the 4 hour scheduling window, feel free to contact me directly.

24-hour Cancellation Policy: The cancellation and rescheduling window for all phone readings has moved from 2 hours to 24 hours. As long as your appointment is canceled outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date, you will be refunded in full. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Packages & Gift Certificates purchased after October 1st will expire one year from the date of purchase. Of course, if you purchased a package prior to October 1st, the two year expiration agreement will be honored.
