Payment

All goods and services are charged in US dollars.

All payment plans and subscriptions shall be paid by credit or with a debit card only. You give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to securely share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).

At the time of purchase, you must either pay for a product, service, or course in full or sign up for a payment plan if offered. Courses include a series of modules; you cannot choose to pay for one module and not others.

Distant Readings

Distant Tarot Readings and Charts will be delivered electronically via email within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Often times much sooner.

Distant Readings by Lee Ann are personal hand-typed reports, created specifically for the individual receiving the reading. They ARE NOT computer-generated reports. A refund will not be issued once the service is underway, completed, and/or the report has been sent electronically via email or physically mailed via USPS.

There will be an extra charge for products delivered via USPS. Unless otherwise requested by the customer a Distant Reading will be sent via email. The Distant Reading and/or written assessment will be sent to the original email submitted by the client upon booking the service. It is the client's responsibility to notify Elements of Magick of any email changes so that the report can be sent to the updated address.

You may be entitled to a service upgrade prior to the service being completed but you will need to contact Elements of Magick with your request before it can be confirmed.

Distant Reading Returns: There's an 8-hour "buyer's remorse" window for distant reading orders, in which case you will need to cancel your order within 8 hours of the original purchase time stamp. Purchases are non-refundable beyond 8 hours of your original purchase.

Phone Readings

Phone Readings can be scheduled and confirmed in advance online via the Elements of Magick Phone Readings page. If for some reason you are unable to schedule an appointment online, contact Lee Ann directly.

Phone Reading Cancellation Policy: There is a 2-hour cancellation policy for phone readings. As long as your appointment is canceled outside of 2 hours of your scheduled appointment date, you will be refunded in full. If the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled date and time, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Canceling or Rescheduling a Phone Reading: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your Service Confirmation email or contact Lee Ann directly.

Local Classes & Workshops (NOT applicable to online classes)

Due to COVID: Until the world feels safe enough to coexist without masks, classes and in-person readings will be unavailable. I do offer phone readings, which can always be scheduled online. Online classes coming soon...

Class Registration: Students can register for classes online prior to the class registration deadline. In some instances, the student may be invoiced via email, in which case class fees may be paid via the link provided. If a student wishes to pay with cash, rather than use a credit or debit card, they will need to make special arrangements with the instructor in advance.

Space is limited so please do not wait until the last minute to register for classes. Registration cut-off is 24 hours within the scheduled class date, at which point students will no longer be able to sign up for the class online. In the event that you missed the window of opportunity to register online, you can try contacting Lee Ann directly.

Class Fees: Class and Workshop fees vary and are due at the time of registration.

Cancellation: Because space is an issue there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all workshops. If you decide to cancel your enrollment outside of 24 hours of the scheduled class date you can do so without penalty. You will be refunded in full. This does not apply to online classes.

Class Minimum: There is a four-person minimum for ALL classes to take place. If there are not enough people enrolled twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled class date, the class will be postponed or canceled. In the event that class is postponed, registered students have the option of taking the class when it is rescheduled, or receive a full refund. They also have the option of receiving a credit, to be applied to a different class or service.
