Tarot Love Spell
This spell is used to win the heart of a particular person.
A tarot card signifying you (preferably one of the court cards. Not a major arcana card.
A tarot card signifying him (again, a court card).
The Lovers Card
Red candle (use pink or white if that’s what you have).
An altar or table. You can decorate the altar with hearts, flowers, etc. if you feel inspired to do so.
If you can, perform this spell at night before bedtime. Choose a place where you and your magical items will not be disturbed.
For magick spells, I typically like to use cards from traditional decks, such as Rider Waite Smith, Thoth, or Marseille Tarot…but feel free to use cards from decks that resonate with you. If you don’t have a tarot deck, you can always print something you find online. I recommend doing this if you only have one deck that you use for divination. I never use decks that I read with for magick.
You can match the tarot cards to people and their astrological zodiac signs, but you don’t have to. Again, choose cards that resonate with you. See the examples below.
Wands are associated with Fire signs, such as Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.
Cups are associated with Water signs, such as Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces.
Swords are associated with Air signs, such as Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius.
Pentacles are associated with Earth signs, such as Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn.
Inscribe the person of your desire on a red candle. And place it toward the back of your altar or table for now. If you wish, you can dress the candle with oil and cinnamon, but this isn’t necessary.
Sitting before your altar or table, hold the card signifying the person of your desire. Visualize their face in your mind’s eye for the count of nine heartbeats. Then say the person’s name aloud three times. Lay the tarot card on the altar face up in front of the candle.
Next hold the card that signifies you, focusing on your desire for this person. Place your image on top of the card that signifies your beloved face down, so these two cards are facing each other.
Then holding the Lover’s card, spend some time daydreaming about the sort of romantic relationship you would like to have with your target. Place the card on top of the other two cards, with the image of the Lover’s card facing up.
Light the candle and say, “by the power of three, bring my love to me.”
If you have timed this in the evening, before bed…you should go to bed at this time, thinking of your love interest. They should be the last thing you think of before you drift off to sleep.
Note: Love spells are manipulative and can be binding. Not just for them, but for you. In the moment you may think you will never change your mind about this person. However, there is a good chance that one day you will. It’s ten times harder to break a love spell than it is to cast it. The reason for this…you will never muster up the same level of passion as when you cast it. Passion is a powerful thing. It is the most powerful ingredient of any spell.
